Becoming A Freemason

Becoming a freemason is not difficult for men of good character but it does require time and commitment.

No one is invited to become a Freemason as it must be sought out of one's own free will.

One must harbor a belief in a supreme being. Masonry however does not have any affiliations with any particular faith. Sectarian topics of a political or religious nature are in fact forbidden from discussion within a masonic lodge.

Lodges take the application process seriously and brethren will want to get to know an applicant before endorsing a peition.
Lodge Happenings


Point Loma has a dinner on the 1st Thursday of every month and is an excellent opportunity to meet some of the brothers and get more information on membership. Other events can be found on the calendar.
